The Jazzgroupiez - “SUNDAY” is the lead single from the Purple Sax EP

The Jazzgroupiez website began in 2013 as a passion project to share former music producer Todd Moultrie, his afinity for jazz has turned jazzgroupiez into one of the leading sources for upcoming jazz musicians & venues. The Purple Sax EP is a project produced by Todd Moultrie colaborating with Houston based musicians and tentatively set to release late October. 

“SUNDAY” is the lead single from the Purple Sax EP by jazz culture website jazzgroupiez.com. The single features Houston legend Big Pokey. It is well known that Houston has been the foundation for Southern hip hop and home to Rap-A-Lot Records, Wreckshop and SUC and although countless jazz musicians are from the city there has never been a true platform for them. The goal is to change that narrative by bringing the cultures together and while experimenting with a new sound!
