Shon P is a Bahamian rapper who grew up in the
island nation's capital, Nassau. Despite his obvious
talent, Shon's art form was not encouraged by his
family when he was growing up. Undeterred by this,
Shon decided to pursue his passion at the University
of the Bahamas, continuing his love for performing
through his involvement with MAVS (a society for
independent artists in The Bahamas).
Shon P was discovered by Savage 100 Director Jay
Isaacs at a MAVS event and the two later went on to
create #GTFOH, Shon's Debut single. After several
singles and collaborations, Shon along with his
roster mates is set to complete and release "this is
life" the labels first compilation this fall.
