Singer, rapper, and songwriter D’MEETRI (born
Dominique Demetrice Griffin) grew up as a foster
kid in St. Paul, Minnesota since the age of 3, quickly
gravitating to music all throughout his early
schooling years. He studied music production and
recording in high school, and immediately upon
graduation, he decided to take his musical career
seriously -- which meant moves from St. Paul, to
Atlanta, Georgia, to finally Los Angeles, CA, where
he now resides. A multi-faceted talent, he has
pumped out over 100 songs (both songs he has
written, arranged and produced vocals on, and
recorded), and landed major features on hit shows
such as Black Ink Crew, Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta etc, and most
recently, won Best R&B/Soul Artist at the 2018
Hollywood Music in Media Awards.
